Just like most video editors and other DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) Reaper uses its own format for Project Files (called Session Files in some DAWs).
A common mistake among music students is to share a .rpp file or submit it for feedback from the teacher.
This video attempts to explain to students why you can't share a .rpp file and how to render your project as an MP3 file to share.
