1. Python 2 and Python 3 are two major versions of the Python programming language. Python 2 is an older version of the language, while Python 3 is the newer version.
2. Python 3 was released in 2008 and was designed to address the weaknesses of Python 2. It offers improved support for Unicode, better modularity, and improved memory management. Python 3 also offers better support for modern programming paradigms such as object-oriented programming.
