PROCEDURE:
1.Remove the conformal coating and clean the work area.
2. Start with a temperature of approximately 315ºC and adjust as necessary.
3. Apply flux to all soldered connections (optional).
4. Clean and tin the tip with solder.
5. Place the iron tip in contact with the connection and ensure the complete melting of the solder on the terminal.
6. Vacuum long enough to remove all the molten solder from the heat chamber and then lift.

⚠️KEEP IN MIND: Auxiliary heating may be required for solder joints with a large thermal mass. This is more common in multilayer boards. For flat terminals, move the terminal back and forth, and for round terminals, use a circular motion. In both cases, apply suction while performing a continuous motion.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
DT530 Angled Desoldering Iron
MSE Electric Desoldering Module
DDE or DME Control Units
D530007 (From JBC D530 Tip Range)

MATERIALS:
-Solder wire with flux core (0.7 mm suggested)
-Flux
-Cleaner (Isopropyl alcohol)
-Paper towels (Wipes)
