This intermediate level workout is quick paced and helps you get a full body sweat on in just 20 minutes.
This workout requires 2 weights that are between 3 and 8lbs (i used a set of 5lb weights) to get the full burn. Make sure that you focus on your breathing and form throughout this workout to protect yourself from injury and increase your endurance.
