How To Change Chrome Download Locations (Quickly Save Downloads Where You Want!)

Hey guys, Seb here. Super quick video to show you how to change the download location in Google Chrome. This saves you from moving files from your download folder to other folders. I use it to save pictures, music, videos, pdfs in their respective folders right at the point of download.

Firstly, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the 3 dots option
Clcik settings
Scroll down and click Advanced.
Under the "Downloads" section,
You can change the default download location, just click Change
and select where you'd like your files to be saved.

Or turn on this toggle settings so chrome asks you where you want to save each file before downloading.

I choose to use this option as it helps keeps my files organised and saves me a step moving them from the download folder.
