RadioLink AT9S Pro/AT10II supports TIMER function, which is often used to track time remaining in a competition, register flight time, battery standby time, and so on.
Take AT9S Pro as an example.
Power on the transmitter. You can see T1, T2 on the home page, corresponding to timer 1, and 2. MT here is the power-on time of the transmitter. You can set it and use it as T3, TIMER 3.
Enter Basic menu--TIMER.
As we can see here, you can set 3 timers in total.
TIME: You can set the time up to 99 hours, 59 seconds.
There are 3 modes: UP, DOWN, and DNS.
UP means the timer will count from zero to the time you set.
DOWN means the timer will count from the time you set to zero. When the countdown ends, the timer will continue to count down below 0.
DNS means the timer will also count down. But when the timer reaches 0, the counting will stop.
Then you need to assign two switches for ON and RESET to turn on the timer, and reset the timer.
The switch can be set from SWA-SWH, Logic switch 1-3, THR-UP, THR-DN, PWR-SW. NULL means the function is not enabled.
For 2 position switch or 3 position switch, you can set the position to UP/DOWN/CENT or other values.
For logic switch, please refer to the basic menu logic switch.
THR-UP means throttle-up. Set the position to 50%. That is to say, the timer will be turned on when the throttle stick is above 50% throttle travel. For example, go back to the home page, (回到主页演示) push the throttle stick above the central point, the timer is turned on. Push the throttle stick below the central point, the timer is turned off.
THR-DN is opposite to THR-UP.
PWR-SW means the timer is turned on once the transmitter is powered on. No switch is needed to turn on the timer.
I set the switch to SWA, and the position to UP. That is to say, the timer is turned on when SWA is pushed up, and turned off when SWA is pushed down. go back to the home page, Push SWA up, the timer works. Push SWA down, it stops.
RESET means the timing value will return to the set value. The setting method is the same as the switch here. I set the switch to SWD, and the position to UP. That is to say, when SWD is pushed up, the timing value will be returned to the time you set. (Pay attention: When you start timer, please check the position of the reset switch. If reset switch is turned on, you cannot turn on the timer. So I push down SWD, so I can use the timer function. )
The setting methods for other timers are the same. And for timer 3, you just need to change the MODEL to any one working mode, then you can set TIMER 3.
Finally, let’s test the TIMER 1.
Go back to the home page,Push SWA up. Timing starts. I set the mode to DNS, so it counts down. In the countdown 20S, it beeps every 1S. In the countdown 10S, it beeps twice every 1S. When the timer reaches 0, the counting stops.
So that’s all about the timer function of AT9S Pro.
