Homebrew NE IPA with Rakau Strata and Galaxy Hops
Tree House Brewing put out a short showing an IPA recipe lets make it using different hops. This one uses Strata, Galaxy, and Rakau hops. Here is the recipe for this all grain batch:
2 LBS 8 oz 2-Row
6.4 oz Flaked Oats
5.6 oz Carafoam
.1 oz Hallertau Magnum @ 60
.1 oz Strata, Galaxy, and Rakau hops @20 mins
.1 oz Strata, Galaxy, and Rakau hops flameout
.25 oz Strata, Galaxy, and Rakau hops last 4 days
Omega OYL-402 Yeast
