Custom Mobile Zoom Gesture Event - Unreal Engine 5 Tutorial
How to manually create a mobile device zoom pinch gesture event using enhanced input. Unreal Engine includes a pinch gesture input however I didn't like how the output value is presented. Plus, doing this manually eliminates the need for ticking 'Enable Gesture Recognizer' in project settings, avoiding changes to project settings is ideal for marketplace assets. Over the past 2-3 months I have been expanding on this to create an unreal engine marketplace enhanced input mobile camera asset including inputs for rotation, panning, zoom, double tap, etc, specialized for mobile devices.
