The headers command seems to be obsolete now. To Install on your own follow these instructions:
In your Terminal you can search for versions of headers by typing " apt-cache search linux-headers ". find the newest version and install. You can search for a linux image by " apt-cache search linux-image ". Find the newest version and install. To install headers you would type " apt-get install linux-headers-VersionOfHeaders ". EXAMPLE: " apt-get install linux headers-4.15.0-kali2-all-amd64 ". To install image " apt-get install linux-image-VersionOfImage ". EXAMPLE: apt-get install linux-image-4.15.0-kali2-all-amd64 " may need to do a update and upgrade after that if it does not work.
