How we made the Disenchanted staircase griffons
A breakdown of how I sculpted the griffons for Disney's Disenchanted movie and how they were fabricated. This was a huge collaboration between lots of different people and departments, I can't credit everyone as I don't even know their names and never met most of them! I thought this would serve useful to people considering making their own large scale props or who were just interested in the process.
