Blender can be very useful for architectural design. However as a big software with many features, it is important to know which workflows are most useful for design. UH Studio Academy teaches on youtube and with separate courses highly specific workflows that have been tested and proven professionally. This video is an overview of a process that shows how the architects have taught about the design process with subdivision modeling for the this airport terminal by MAD architects. We use subdivision modeling, non-destructive modeling techniques with modifiers, tessellation with the Tissue addon, and simple, but highly useful Geometry Nodes examples that are very similar to Grasshopper in Rhino.
