Of course Tesla has a substantial solar and battery electric storage business but autonomous driving is something that Elon Musk very frequently claims is the real value Tesla.
If Tesla's full self driving is a core component of the Tesla Robotaxi, Tesla stock will struggle, because FSD is not ready for autonomous driving. This is a big issue for the upcoming Robotaxi Day in October of 2024. Elon Musk's Tesla must show a near production ready fully autonomous Robotaxi or the company will take a substantial hit.
