Why isn't Dr. Facilier in Tiana's Bayou Adventure? Reportedly because a Disney mandate forbids voodoo from being included in their theme park attraction. Well it's a damn good thing that they didn't base the retheme of Splash Mountain on a movie in which the ENTIRE PLOT is based on voodoo!
