In this video, I share a snippet from a recent Q&A livestream where I take a question from chat, and we discuss our struggles with anxiety and creative block when it comes to streaming. Taking a break from streaming can be tough, and it's easy to get discouraged when you don't see the same view count as before.
I talk about how I dealt with these feelings, and came to the realization that I needed to take a step back and figure out why I stopped streaming in the first place. By reflecting on my motivations and goals for streaming, I was able to regain my passion for it and overcome my creative block.
If you're struggling with anxiety and creative block around streaming, know that you're not alone. Remember, taking care of your mental health is just as important as creating content.
