I'm fairly certain that if you're plugged into the shoe, running, and hybrid training world, then you've seen Mount to Coast shoes before.
Going into the Mount to Coast S1, I wasn't really sure what to expect. Anytime I see a shoe that's so heavily pushed through social media influencers and athletes, I'm always interested in if it lives up to the hype.

After multiple workouts and runs in the Austin, TX heat, the Mount to Coast S1s have been a solid shoe.
I've liked this shoe the most for tackling my faster-paced runs where I'm hitting anywhere from 2-5 miles.
I also enjoy that this shoe can be used for lighter strength work pre or post-run, which makes it a good option for traveling.
