How To Build a SUBURBAN Like a Nerd (with no cheats) - Base Game In-Depth Sims 4 Building Tutorial
Come build a rustic meets traditional cheat-free five bed Suburban with me! The Suburban style home is found nearly everywhere, in North America and beyond in fact, and is overall a new style based largely on Ranch, Split Level, Farmhouse, and Craftsman homes. Hallmarks of this architectural style include front facing gables, a stepped multidimensional façade that can repeat around the home (significant because it is unlike the Ranch in this way, which is its main home style parent), and a small to mid size covered front porch. Most homes will also have a garage and/or basement, but this video was long enough without those. The Suburban style home will place perfectly in any world, and can easily be adapted to use each pack's unique build items.
