In today's video, we discuss an interesting connection between the prisoner in the imperial city prison and the dark brotherhood! The prisoner's name is Claudius Arcadia and upon speaking to him, he reveals that he has tried to contact The Dark Brotherhood to set up a contract. It turns out, if the player visits his home in the Talos Plaza district, his journal can be found detailing that the person he wants revenge on is Rufio!
