Create MOTION BLUR EFFECT on MOBILE | SNAPSEED TUTORIAL | Android | iPhone
In this video, I try replicating Motion blur using the Perspective tool in Snapseed. Other than this, Double Exposure tool (works better than the Healing tool in some instances) was used for cloning effect (removing objects) to clear the main subject from the image.
