President Asif Ali Zardari has invoked his constitutional powers to increase the no of judges in Peshawar High Court from 20 to 30. The move paves way for similar presidential decree to increase the no of judges in Supreme Court too in a similar way as the language of constitution for increase of judges on both high court and Supreme Court is the same.
