Dear Rhinolock Team,
I recently purchased the 'Rhino Lock Secure Pro' key safe with the intention of evaluating its security features. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the lock mechanism used in this model is a wafer lock.
As you may know, wafer locks are generally considered to be low security. Given the nature of the product, which is designed to secure keys to a home or other important premises, I would have expected a more robust locking mechanism. To illustrate my point, it's worth noting that no house has a wafer lock on its front door, which underscores the inadequacy of this type of lock for securing something as important as a key safe.
Do you believe that using a wafer lock in this product is acceptable? Additionally, are there any plans to redesign this model to include a higher security lock in the future?
