This is a bit random amongst the makeup videos I know, but as somebody who listens to ASMR, I've always been interested in making some videos myself, if it really takes off I'll make a new Youtube for it (or stay here...We'll see) Anyway, I hope you enjoy and have a good nights sleep, let me know what else you'd like to see.
What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been explained as "low-grade euphoria" characterised by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli.
