Moreover, even if we are hungry and eat some snack, we are still hungry until the next meal, this often happens to people with a rapid metabolism. The problem here is a bit different: when people take small breaks between meals, they can't drink enough water. And water should be drunk separately from meals, you need to take a break.
I'll tell you about it now. If we drink water immediately before or after a meal, the water will dilute the digestive juices, and this will complicate the digestive system. Gradually this will make the digestive system weaker.
If the food is juicy, it has a lot of liquid, such as soup, it is good for digestion, as it stimulates it. The more liquid, watery the food, the easier it is to digest.
In vegetables and fruit from nature a lot of liquid. We do not need a dry meal consisting only of cereals, for example. If a person's lunch consists, for example, of rice and bread, it will be very difficult to digest. We need something liquid in the meal, but we need a liquid that will stimulate the digestive juices: not water, not water with lemon and not juice. I prefer not to drink vegetable or fruit juice while eating.
Another thing is when a person is hungry between meals. What then? We need to avoid eating because it will stimulate digestion and we will not be hungry when it is time for the main meal. And also we will not be able to drink water properly. So what should a person do if he is hungry between meals? Drink fruit or vegetable juice, or strained vegetable broth, or coconut water (which in Russia, however, is rare). This type of "snack" is quite good.
