Inco terms in Export IMPORT: -
1 CIF:(Cost Insurance Freight)- Ocean Freight Prepaid-to be paid by seller/exporter
2 CNF:(Cost & Freight)- this is similar to CIF Terms except insurance is not included.
3 FOB : (Freight on Board or Free on Board)- Ocean Freight Collect -to be paid by destination buyer/consignee
4 EX-WORK- All Carriage (O/F,ihc/thc,all origin fee & destination fee till Port ) & insurance is to be arrange & paid by buyer (All origin & destination charges to be collect) Terms for door delivery shipment:
DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid)-sailer/exporter paid all cost till consignee door other then import duty.
DDP-(Delivered Duty Paid)-This terms means the same as the DDU terms with the exception that the saller/exporter also will be bear all costs & risk of carriying out customs formalities including the payment of duties,taxes & customs fees.
