1) Open Settings and search for Apps
2) Go to the Messenger app option
3) Select Permissions at the top option
4) Select Camera and tap on Allow
5) Do the same for Phone and Microphone settings
4) Now go back to the App list and tap on Camera
5) Clear Cache and Data
6) Try to see if the problem has been fixed.
