100 Thieves Nadeshot and Froste have started an interesting conversation around player salaries, esports organizations, and how players and content creators are taken care of within esports organizations. I made this video because it surrounds a lot of interesting issues in the esports world. I'm less interested in the Froste and Nadeshot drama and more interested in how esports teams have relationships with content creators like The Mob.
The Mob, a group of four players, Froste, Classify, Avalanche, and Mako, joined 100 Thieves in 2019 and was with 100 Thieves until 2021. 100T let them go and about a year later Froste claims Nadeshot didn't take of the team and they were scrounging for meals. In this video we break down the truth between Nadeshot vs Froste and some of the deeper concepts around esports organizations that didn't get talked about in this discussion.
