OneXplayer USB C charging/connection issues
I have been having problems with my OneXplayer's USB C ports charging/connecting since June 2022, I went back and forth with OneXplayer for 2 months that I tested multiple cords/adaptors and the issue followed my OneXplayer's USB C ports and not the cords or adaptors. They had me send the device to them August 2022 at my cost of $70, and received it back December, I played the device for 2 hours and noticed it had the same problem, only worse now there is a rainbow hue to the screen as if moisture got in-between the touch screen, I sent photos of the device prior to shipment and how I received it back, but did not hear back from OneXplayer. This video shows me using the original cord on my OneXplayer and my Razer Blade 15, the issue follows the OneXplayer and not the cords as the Razer Blade shows, I was actually being harder on the Razer than the OneXplayer, and still, the Razer connection never failed. Also not shown in this video is the travel USB C docks or USB C to HDMI adaptors I have used, but the same issue occurs, they all work with the Razer, but flicker and fail on the OneXplayer. I spent $1,300.00 on a OneXplayer plus $70 to ship it to them for repairs that weren't done, I cannot play with the device in my hands, because any small moment causes the USB C to lose connection and the game to crash or worse windows to crash, so I lose progress in my game and time rebooting everything. I've reached out to every avenue OneXplayer has, but continue having issues. NEEDING HELP!!! As a customer I feel this has been an awful experience, and even after explaining everything I've gone through wasting time and money to get a device I paid for working, I've been met with lack of response or resistance to rectify the issue.
