WT System Setup
This video explains how to assemble and set up a home WT Series ozone water treatment system. Components will be shipped to your home requiring assembly. This video along with a system manual are recommended for review prior to receiving your system. The video includes a diagram and explanation of how the system works and is plumbed into your home water supply. The WT system is designed to install after the pressure tank and before a water softener.
The WT Series utilizes the power of ozone for long term solutions to water problems such as odor, bacteria, iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide. The equipment is patterned after the tried-and-true methods of ozone treatment used in industry and large municipal water treatment plants.
The primary components for the WT Series are the following:
Contact tank with off-gas vent
Injection pump with venturi
Dosage controller
Ozone generator
Air dryer
Filtration may be needed after the WT system to capture materials that precipitate out of the water after being oxidized. The FIOX-8 and FIOX-14 are backwashable sand filters suitable for use with the WT-4.
