Ingredients: (shape 24*10 cm/more is possible)
Flour -280 g (about 2.5 cups)
Eggs (weight from 63 to 72 g) - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g (1 glass)
Milk - 200 ml (1 glass) + 2 tablespoons
Cocoa - 18 g (2 tablespoons)
Baking powder - 10 g
Vanillin sugar - 5 g
Unscented sunflower oil - 120 ml
Bake at 170-180°C (338 -356°F) 40-60 minutes (until dry)
Baking time depends on your oven and the size and shape of your cake.
