Blaster Al Ackerman - The Magic Sunflower (2005)
"The Magic Sunflower" is an album of out-takes from Blaster Al Ackerman's debut LP, released through Canary Records in 2005 as a limited edition CDr. Blaster Al was a mail artist and writer who produced a number of handmade zines and written art pieces from the 70s onward. His work influenced a number of artists and musicians, including being the source of the lyrics to the Throbbing Gristle song "Hamburger Lady". This collection features two excerpts which were later included on the LP (tracks 3 and 4). It can be downloaded for free from the label's Bandcamp page: https://canary-records.bandcamp.com/album/...
