Did you know that some fish caught in lakes and streams start their lives on a farm? In this video, David Emerson and Johnathan Blakey talk about Crystal Lake Fisheries, a farm dedicated to raising rainbow trout for recreational stocking. Their fish are hard-fighting. When caught and kept they are farm-to-hook-to-fork fish.
