Property file :
Property File is mainly used to store test data or URL
or Web Elements.

Why we used property file in this frame work?
Ans : When we pass the test data from examples we can run that
particular feature file for one environment only. but in all
MNC company we will having different environments
i,e Test, Stage , Production So in this case if you go for
examples it will lot of work for you to update the data always
for different environment. so using property file we can
mitigate this.

Architecture of property file in this Frame work
Runner class = before method(step definition class) = base test(To load the property file) = calling the data in step definition
