Warframe | STEEL PATH HEAVY SLAM NUKE: Tenet Exec | Sisters of Parvos
There is a way to make Tenet Exec's Heavy Slam good.
But this is also one of the strongest synergies in the game.
So have to resort to this to make Exec good is questionable.
Definitely useable, but also underwhelming.

I don't like pulling out Saryn, because typically that means the weapon isn't good enough. But this is a unique case of a weapon where its main perk is severely gimped with endless restrictions. This is a way to make the heavy slam good enough to be worth using, and good enough that it eclipses the normal melee attack.
While it works, normally this type of setup will make any half decent aoe melee much stronger than Exec can become. Agendus and Grigori would be disgusting with this type of setup. So my opinions are a bit mixed on this.
The silver lining is that Exec is much easier to spam and setup compared to Agendus and Grigori, and has much larger aoe and very little CC requirements. Maybe there's something I'm missing, idk, let me know down in the comments if you can think of something.
