Camera matching in post production can be very frustrating. And while their are workflows out there like the ACES Workflow, and using a color checker, you'll either lose the tiny details of the manufactures color science, or you'll have to take the extra time to record the checker in each shot.
When my good friends over at film convert told me about Cinematch a year ago, I was super excited to bring together the capabilities of this new plug-in.
Cinematch is a drag and drop plug-in that allows you to match any camera with ease. With just a few clicks, and the use of their powerful color matching tools, you'll be able to create a seamless interchange of motion picture, and match each camera with ease!
