Especially when it comes to weight loss and general health, I wanted to prove that you don't have to be wealthy to eat healthy; high quality meals can be purchased and prepared at very reasonable prices, and I attempt to prove that in this video.

Of course, there are myriad ways to improve on this food plan (both budget-wise and nutritionally) but consider your unique food preferences and/or allergies as you create your own plan. I'd love to hear what you think in the comments!

DISCLAIMER: I like things to be easy, I consider "flavorful" an unnecessary adjective, and I'm relatively frugal. Below, I've attempted to layout an repeatable, batch-process method to prepare 12 ultra-nutritious, fat-loss-inducing dishes in less than 1 hour for less than $3.00 per meal; FAR less than restaurant/ fast food prices which will keep more money in your pocket, increasing your financial fitness!
