Albay court grants Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo's bail petition
The Legazpi City Regional Trial Court Branch 10 has granted the petition for bail of Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo.
The court has fixed the respondent's bail at three million pesos cash or four million pesos surety property with the conditions that he will appear in court whenever it requires him to, report weekly to authorities, refrain from tackling his case in campaign sorties and turn himself to authorities when a criminal complaint is filed against him.
