Let's see how to make an easy , healthy and tasty oats protein bar for protein supply for our body.

INGREDIENTS:
1)Honey - 1/4 cup or 60 ml
2)Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup or 125 ml
3) Oats (rolled) - 1 cup or 250 ml
4)Almonds - Handful
5)Walnuts - Handful
6)Raisins - Handful

Note :- Feel free to add nuts of your choice

Note :- You are free to use Maple syrup instead of honey

Instructions:

Step 1:
Pour the honey and peanut butter together and microwave it for 10 seconds.

Step 2:
Add oats and the dry fruits to the mix and give a really good mix.
Step 3:
Transfer the mix to a loaf pan and allow it to set for 2 - 3 hours or overnight.
Step 4:
Now cut it and enjoy it.
