Time/Tempo based ducking tools = skewed by PDC (plugin delay compensation)
MIDI Triggered Volume shaping = less accurate timing and skewed by PDC
Side-chain compression = pops, clicks and inaccurate envelope
Side-chain gate = inaccurate envelope
automation = zipper noise, not enough smoothing
similar plugins = poor accuracy and timing
GMaudio Ducker, when used correctly, is free of distortion (pops, clicks), is reliably accurate and allows perfect ducking for increasing headroom and therefore allows for more bass.
