When we are installing new laravel project then we are also installing laravel/installer to run the laravel command in Ubuntu. But sometimes we are getting laravel: command not found error while running laravel command after installing installer. This error comes due to some environment variable configuration missing in our ubuntu .bashrc file. But after resolving this issue there are some strange issue called php version 7.3 or higher required, So we need to upgrade our php version. In this video I am resolving the same error and also showing how to upgrade php version from lower to higher in ubuntu. Please see all the steps I have followed here to resolve this error.
