Chewing gum vending machines are childhood memories: colourful on the outside and sweet on the inside. The sticky art machines project shows gumball machines can be works of art. Over the past four years, Berlin designer Max Schwarck has taken more than 500 photos of these bubble gum vendors. For him the vending machines are small works of art that tell of the transformation of the city.
