Realtime Chat Part 3: Frontend UI with NextJS, Typescript, & TailwindCSS
In this last part of the series, we will be building the UI for the login, home, and the app page.
This video covers the most important pieces but is not comprehensive as we are not going over the signup page and the logout feature. Also, storing the user information in the local storage might not be the best practice. But as long as we can send and receive messages over the websocket connection with a username, that will do its job for now.
I will continue to make changes and they will be available in my Github repository in the future.
