Tango Tangles is a farce comedy, produced and directed by Mack Sennett. Charlie Chaplin lost the moustache for his role as a drunk guest at a Tango Party. He stumbles over two dancing girls (Peggy Pearce and Minta Durfey), annoying everybody around him, then flirts with Sadie Lampe and picks a fight with the music band members, Roscoe Arbuckle and Ford Sterling. Released in March 9, 1914.

In 1914, tango was a "thing" in all ballrooms parties.
