Call them tabs, call them menus, or whatever you'd like. I call them menu items, but this is how you edit or re-arrange menu items in your WordPress website.
In this one, we're using Elementor and Blocksy as the base theme and skin. But that part is really not that important when it comes to the structure of the menus. When built properly, the menu system in WordPress works the same way.
