Coriander is the bane of my life. I love food wholeheartedly, yet for some reason a lot of chefs decide to knowingly turn that love into hatred. Please, stop putting coriander everywhere. To up to 20% of population coriander tastes like soap. I personally don't feel the soap flavour, but without a doubt - I Hate Coriander.
