Hitman - Marrakesh - Public Sneaker
This video shows the completion of the objective Public Sneaker.
Best starting position is probably undercover in the Courtyard Club, as being a waiter makes it so you can poison him without raising suspicion.
If you have unlocked the Emmetic Vial through Marrakesh Mastery, it will be all you need. If not, you can get the standard Rat Poison near where the guy is doing his speech. Just go to the left side of the wall and jump over. Immediately go left down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, if you look slightly to the right, you can see a door in that center structure. You can get there even if you're trespassing with no problem. Inside there is a Rat Poison on a shelf, which you can then go back and use on the guy's water bottle.
Be patient, he goes through a whole speech before he stops for a drink. He will do it eventually. Then just follow, wait until it's safe to knock him out, then dump him and it's done.
