If you are CPU IS RUNNING Heavy all the time, and you don't understand why this is most likely it. In this video, I review the most misunderstood setting in most daws by newer music producers. Understanding Buffer Sizes is essential as this will make your experience much more enjoyable in the DAW.

Buffer Size is a setting you work with when you are making music. If you are in the initial stages of your project, you can run a small buffer size to allow an instant response from your synthesizers, midi keyboards, and software. As the project gets more extensive, you need to increase your buffer size to allow your CPU some breathing room.

Think of it like this

Low Buffer Sizes For
Recording Vocals
-Recording MIDI Inputs
Recording Synths
Early Stages of a Song

Larger Buffer Sizes For
Mastering
Mixing
Project getting BIG you need CPU Power
