Zamgate Plugin in sidechain mode
https://www.zamaudio.com/?p=976
zamgate when in sidechain mode, holds back anything connected to its upper port, (7.83 hz sinewave)...then when its lower port, the sidechain port, is triggered by the gstreamer timing script, it allows the 7.83 hertz sine wave to pass through...

Gstreamer scripts used in this demo

7.83 hz sine wave
*******************
gst-launch-1.0 -v audiotestsrc freq=7.83 ! audio/x-raw, channels=1 ! audioconvert ! queue ! jackaudiosink

PULSE TIMING
***************
gst-launch-1.0 -v audiotestsrc wave=ticks tick-interval=5500000000 sine-periods-per-tick=2500 freq=1000 ! audio/x-raw, channels=1 ! audioconvert ! audio/x-raw, channels=1 ! audioamplify amplification=1 ! audioconvert ! queue ! jackaudiosink

to amplify - use a CLASS A audio amp... (be careful to take note of the audio amp's output impedance/resistance specs...when connecting to a low resistance EMF EMITTER/radiator) you might have to use a step down audio transformer/or a high watt terminator resistor etc...
to prevent damage/or/shutdown... to your class A audio amp
