2 tbsps. corn starch
1/3 Louisiana sauce
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsps. cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. old bay
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 large eggs
Sauce
2 tbsps. mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
cooking time 4-5 minutes on 350 degrees
