The Supreme Court, including Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, is set to hear the RG Kar rape and murder case involving former principal Sandeep Ghosh. India Today has revealed that Ghosh's funds were allegedly looted by him. Ghosh's close aide and bodyguard, Afsar Ali, has been arrested by the CBI for alleged corruption. An FIR has been filed against three of Ghosh's aides for allegedly threatening a junior doctor.
