First, What is OneDrive?
OneDrive (previously SkyDrive, Windows Live SkyDrive, and Windows Live Folders) is a file-hosting service operated by Microsoft as part of its suite of online services.
It allows users to store files as well as other personal data like Windows settings or BitLocker recovery keys in the cloud.
Files can be synced to a PC and accessed from a web browser or a mobile device, as well as shared publicly or with specific people.
Let's See How to Use OneDrive in Windows Os and Online.
Step-1
Go to google.com and search "one drive".
Then click on red bordered link.
Step-2
Click on Sign in. Then Sign in if you have a microsoft account otherwise click on Sign up now to create an account.
Step-3
Click on "Create a Microsoft account". Fill up all the details and you will get a code from microsoft team, use it and you are done.
Step-4
To create a new folder, documents like Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc. click on "New" and choose one of them.
Step-5
For uploading files and folders, click on "Upload". You can use other features share, download, rename, move, copy etc.
Step-6
Right click on the file to share via Email, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, and Sina Weibo.
Step-7
You can use left side bar to see recently uploaded files and photos, shared and deleted files.
Step-8
To check your account storage click on red borderd line.
Step-9
If you want to get more storage then you can get by inviting your friends via your unique referral link.
Step-10
If you want a premium one drive account then click on "Learn more" at the "Get premium" section. Now, Choose any premium plan according to your needs.
Step-11
Click on "Get the OneDrive apps" to download one drive software for your windows, iphone, android phones and Windows OS.
Step-12
To download, click on "Start OneDrive" then install it.
Process for Windows 7/8/8.1/10

Step-1
Go to "This PC" and click on "OneDrive".
Step-2
Sign in with email id and password. It will show you folders and files of your account.
Step-3
Right click on the file/folder to get onedrive link.
Step-4
To upload the files, just drag and drop the files to the desired locations.
Right click on "OneDrive" then click on "View online" to open onedrive in the web browser.
Process for Android:
================
Step-1
Go to "Google Play Store" and search "one drive" then install and open it.
Step-2
Skip all unnecessary things, then Sign in with email and password or Sign up.
Step-3
Click on "Go back" then choose "Stay Basic".
Step-4
Click on "+" icon to scan, upload files and folders, create office documents, and create a folder. Here, I'm creating a new folder called "android".
Step-5
Click on "three lines" icon at the left-up corner to see recent, shared, and deleted files and uploaded photos.
Step-6
Click on "three dots" at the right-up corner to refresh workspace.
Step-7
Click on "three lines" icon then info icon to get information about storage.
Step-8
Click on "Sign out" to sign out from your account.
