HECARIM JUNGLE IS COMPLETELY BROKEN WITH THIS NEW BUILD!
In this video I'll be showing you how to play hecarim jungle correctly in the preseason. I've seen a lot of builds go around but none of those builds were actually good enough in my opinion so after testing out some variations I came up with this build setup. And let me tell you it is absolutely insane (nerfs needed 100%). I picked the "worst" game I had with it because you legit just roll all your games atm with heca.
